We are going to need some ingredients for our hair mask. First about those ingredients and their benefits and then we will move ahead towards the making.
Fenugreek Powder
If you want the you can prepare this at home also. You will have to crush the methi dana seeds and make a powder. But If you can’t give that much of time. Then we have fenugreek powder available with us. Fenugreek powder have high nutritional value in it. It is a rich source of iron and protein. Which is very amazing for your scalp health. Boosts the hair growth and adds an amazing shine in your hair. Makes sure that it reverses all the damage in your hair and you get back those bouncy hair which you desire.
Amla Powder
When we talk about hair fall then nothing us better than Indian gooseberry. You should consume Indian gooseberry and apply it topically also. It is very beneficial for your hair health. When you consume Indian gooseberry as the first thing after waking up in the morning. The health of your eyes remains good. Skin remains good and along with that hair also. It short it will improve your hair health. Strengthen up the hair and control the hair fall.
Hibiscus Powder
This beauty ingredient is used since centuries for improving hair health. This is loaded with Vitamin C. So it is very good for your skin as well as hair. Works in densifying your hair. If you want a proper volume in your hair then this is the remedy. This is very strong and potent alone only. It maintains the hair health. Controls the hair fall, Boosts the hair growth. Will work in giving relief from pre mature graying also and reverse you hair. It will give back the natural black. Lustrous color that you desire and along with that gives relief from dandruff also.
Curd
Curd has fat in it which works as an excellent moisturizer for your hair. you can’t get shine without the moisture. Besides this curd has lactic acid. Lactic acid removes all the dirt from your hair. Properly removes the collected dead skin. Because of that hair grows at a very fast pace. Besides this curd is a permanent solution of dandruff. If you are fed up of dandruff take little curd and massage it properly on your scalp and then apply shampoo after some time. It will relief from the itching in the first use. And along with that curd works as a natural conditioner for your hair.
Castor Oil
We have used three powder for remedy. We have added curd and castor oil for giving the moisture. Castor oil is very powerful and amazing. This pale yellow color oil which is very thick textured. Works in giving super moisture in your hair. Castor oil is not applied alone because it makes the hair very oily and it becomes very difficult to remove this oil even from a shampoo. So this oil is diluted and are we are going to do that only in remedy. This will proper moisture to your hair. Strengthen up the hair and will put a full stop on the hair fall and boost the hair growth and along with that it will give amazing shine.
Remedy
That this is going to be very easy to prepare. Just mix these ingredients which are available with you at home. It is very easy to make. Let’s know the method of preparation and the quantity.
Firstly take a glass bowl. In that you have to put 2 tsp fenugreek powder, 2 tsp Indian gooseberry powder and 2 tsp hibiscus powder, mix these powders properly. And then you have to put 6 spoons curd in this. Mix them properly and make a paste.
Now we will add 2 tsp castor oil for extra moisture and again mix it properly. If you want then you can prepare more quantity according to the length of your hair. Ratio should be the same which I have told you. Your super powerful hair mask is ready or a hair treatment.
You have to apply this minimum 30 minutes before applying the shampoo. If you want then you can apply 1 hour before the shampoo. Apply properly on the scalp and length also and cover it with a shower cap. When you will wash your head then next level of shine will come in your hair. You can follow this treatment once in a week for amazing results.
